At Pacific Chambers we aim to provide outstanding client service. Our clients can expect the same high level of personal service from all our Members as well as our administrative staff.

Counsel in Pacific Chambers are supported by a small group of dedicated secretarial and clerical staff. These include our Chambers Manager Maria Lo, our secretaries Jessie Mok, Una Wong, and our hardworking clerical officer and messenger, Daniel Wong.


Receptionist / Junior Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the office
  • Reception counter, handling incoming calls and mail
  • Coordinate daily, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Assist in handling daily operations

    Job Requirements

  • Independent, excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Greeting guests with basic hospitality
  • Good in English, Chinese and basic Putonghua
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
