  • HCCC 194/2012 HKSAR v Mok Kwok Wai, Ericis: murder (prosecuting)
  • HCCC 229/2013 HKSAR v Chan Chun Sing: rape (prosecuting)
  • Arbitration - dispute between the main contractor and the sub-contractor for the construction of a building for an organ of the Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China 
  • Advising a major party to the Commission of Inquiry into the Construction Works at and near the Hung Hom Station Extension under the Shatin to Central Link Project (SCL Contract 1112)
  • ACLS v HSB(T)L [2013] 2 HKLRD 444: successfully resisted an appeal at the Court of Appeal to seek interim maintenance from an estate
  • Law Chun Wai t/a Fu Tat Finance Co v Chu Suk Har & Anor [2016] 1 HKLRD 224: obtained an order for sale of a property under the Partition Ordinance for a financing institution that had a half share interest in the property
  • DCCC 891/2014 HKSAR v Yip Ka Ming: fraud (defending)
